Here at Oath Components we are very proud of our products and the innovative designs that we use and provide a manufacturer’s warranty which covers all manufacturing faults and defects. Our manufacturer’s warranty can vary depending on the product and is only from the original date of purchase (receipt required). This does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, corrosion, crash or misuse. Incorrect installation of components, parts, or accessories will void any warranty offered.

Grips and wheel bearings will wear over time during normal use, these are consumable products which means they are not covered under warranty unless received in a non-functioning or defective state.

If you purchased the product from an authorised dealer, the dealer will handle the warranty.


All wheels come with a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This covers:

  • De-hubbing of the wheel (must be a clean de-hub where the PU has come completely away from the wheel core)
  • Ovalizing of the core bearing housing
  • Cracking of the core

This does NOT cover:

  • Chunking of the PU (chunking is when the wheel PU breaks off in “gouges” caused by riding on rough surfaces
  • Chips, cracks and small abrasions on or around the riding surface of the PU (these are considered as normal wear and tear) – Wheel Bearings


All forks come with a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This covers:

  • Bending or breaking of the fork

This does NOT cover:

  • Stripped or bent axles
  • Forks that have been modified in any way
  • Misuse or incorrect setup
  • Finishes (e.g paint, anodizing, decals, etc.)


All clamps come with a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This covers:

  • Breaking of the clamp body

This does NOT cover:

  • Stripping or cross threading of clamp or bolts (caused by misuse or rounded allen keys)


Log the details of your claim electronically through Select the Parts/Warranty request and complete the online form. Any claim will be processed much quicker with accompanying images.

If approved:

If your item is approved for warranty you will receive an email with instructions on how the claim will be resolved. This email may contain a return shipping label.  Please include a copy of your warranty approval email in your return shipment.

Oath will replace your item with the same item.  If the same item is not available, Oath has the right to replace with a similar item.  The warranty submission process can take up to 5 business days.
